Our vision

As a group of churches, it is our vision to inspire faith. Inspiring faith  means helping people take the next steps in faith, and growing in knowledge of and commitment to God.  Whether you are exploring faith, returning to faith, or have been a Christian for many years, we hope you will find a small group or study that meets your need. If you can’t find  anything or if you have an idea for a study or group, please get in touch with us!

Ongoing Groups

Monday Night Bible study (in person)– meets twice a month 7.15pm till 9.00pm contact Colin on 01989 564536 or colin@rossparishes.uk

Monday Night Zoom Bible Study– meets twice a month for fellowship and Bible study. This group is currently full, however, if you’d be interested in a group such as this one, please contact the church office or ministry team.

Just Be Bereavement Group– a bereavement support group, brings comfort to those recently bereaved. It is normally open on the fourth Tuesday of each month, 14:30 – 16:00 in St Mary’s Church.

Ponder and Pray- We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month on Zoom. Gathering together from 11-15am we begin our session at 11-30am. At each session we focus either on a sentence from the Bible or on a particular issue that is relevant at the time. We ‘ponder’ using the scripture to guide us and pray sometimes in silence or while music is playing. During Advent we shall focus on some of the people who appear on the fringes of the Nativity Story. Children and Youth Groups

Messy Church– 3:30-4:30pm. first Thursday of  the month during term time @ St. Mary’s. Messy Church is a time of family activities– games, crafts, and fellowship all around a different theme each month. For more information contact caroline@rossparishes.uk.

Leaf Youth Group- Leaf is a group for secondary school students to hang out at church, play games, and discuss life.  We meet every Wednesday during term time from 3:45-5pm. We’d love for you to join us! For more information contact tiffany@rossparishes.uk.

Upcoming Groups:

Advent Bible Study- Our modern Christmas celebrations can obscure the significance of the original event. Some even doubt its rootedness in real history. With this three-part series, filmed on location in the Holy Land, you will discover the facts, see the places and be given many new insights to discuss with each other.  This group will meet on zoom from 7pm , Tuesdays 7, 14, and 21 December. The Bible Course- Big, complex, old … just some of the words people use to describe the Bible. Sound familiar? That’s where The Bible Course comes in. The course will increase your confidence, equip you to read the Bible better and help you to see its relevance to daily life. The course provides a birds-eye view of the world’s bestselling book.   Starting Tuesday, 11th January in person and online. Alpha Course- Alpha is a place to ask the big questions of life. Get together  and watch a series of episodes that        explore the basics of the Christian faith. Our next Alpha course will be in March 2022. Contact the Office if you would like to attend Alpha or be part of the support team.
