Annual Church Meetings 2026

Spring is the time of year for Annual Parish Meetings (APCM).

St Mary’s, Ross

St Mary’s Annual Church Meetings takes place on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at 7.00 pm in St Mary’s Church.

You will find all the documents here including the Agendas.

The Annual Report and Accounts will be available following the PCC meeting on 17th March.

Draft Minutes of last meeting

Members are eligible to vote at the Annual Meetings and may be eligible to stand for the PCC. If you are interested in joining the PCC, please complete a form from the back of the church and return it to Rachel Lewis, PCC Secretary. More information about PCCs can be found here.

Electoral Rolls

This is the church’s register of its members; a list of those qualified to attend and to vote on a number of Church matters (locally and nationally).

The Electoral Rolls of all three of our churches were completely renewed in 2025. This year additional names have been added.

St Mary’s roll is closed from Monday 9th March until the APCM.

Walford

Walford Annual Church Meetings takes place on Monday 27th April 2026 at 7.30pm in Walford Church. Date to be announced soon.

Walford Electoral Roll

Please use the button below to rejoin the electoral roll in 2025. Paper forms are available at the back of church, but electronic is much easier for everyone. Applications must be received by 16th March.
