Spring is the time of year for Annual Parish Meetings. They take place as detailed below. You will also find relevant downloads.
The Electoral Roll has to be revised each year at this time (from scratch every six years). It’s also a requirement that the existing roll is published (names only) for at least 15 days prior to the meeting. Please see below for those details.

St Mary’s Electoral Roll
This is the church’s register of its members; a list of those qualified to attend and to vote on a number of Church matters (locally and nationally).
Further detailed information on electoral rolls can be found on the Church of England website.
Renewal of the electoral roll takes place every six years (next renewal for St Mary’s is in 2025). In a year of renewal, no names are carried over from the old roll and everyone must make a new application to be included on the new roll.
